1. Agreement Overview
This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the provision of ground transportation
services (“Services”) by All Stars Transportation, LLC (“Company”) to the client (“Client”). By
confirming a reservation, Client agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Reservations & Payment
A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. All charges must be paid in full prior to or on the
date of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rates are exclusive of additional fees, including but
not limited to: tolls, parking, fuel surcharges, driver gratuities, waiting time, or damages.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Sedans & SUVs: Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable. Sprinters, Mini-Buses,
Coaches: Cancellations within 72 hours of pickup are non-refundable. No-shows will be billed at 100%
of the reservation amount.
4. Service Conditions
Smoking, illegal substances, and possession of weapons are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. The
Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if Client or passengers
engage in unsafe, unlawful, or disorderly conduct. Maximum passenger and luggage capacity limits
must not be exceeded.
5. Delays & Liability
The Company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, government actions, or
other circumstances beyond its control. The Company is not responsible for personal items lost, stolen,
or left in vehicles.
6. Vehicle Substitution
The Company reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater capacity in the event of
mechanical failure or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and contractors from any
claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the conduct of Client or passengers.
8. Privacy
Personal data collected during booking will be used solely to fulfill transportation services and will not
be disclosed except as required by law.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
10. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior
communications.
